Sementara itu Bisu (Bissu) yang curiga juga dibunuh oleh Piah. Polisi yang datang menyelidik akhirnya membuka tabir misteri itu: Piah yang melakukan semua itu. Ia melarikan diri ke tempat itu karena membunuh ayah angkatnya yang hendak memperkosa dirinya.

Fred tackles the figure and Daphne rips off the hood and everyone is shocked to see who it is. The story then jumps to a week earlier where school has just ended. Velma (Hayley Kiyoko) and Shaggy (Nick Palatas) are waiting by the van for Fred (Robbie Amell) and Daphne (Kate Melton) so they can go to meet Daphne’s Uncle, who has given them summer jobs at his country club in Erie Point so the gang can pay for the damages they did to a barn setting it on fire (which happened to be Shaggy and Scooby’s fault as Shaggy didn’t know hay was flammable due to the lack of a sign) during one of their mysteries. They then find Fred and Daphne making out in the back of the van. Daphne reveals that they started dating after she fell out of the top of the barn from the mystery that caused them to get the summer jobs and he had caught her, making her realize that he was “the one.” Velma warns them that often when two people in a group start dating, any changes of that relationship affects the whole group, but the two don’t seem to care.

Dengan berbekal senjata-senjata ini Green Hornet dan Kato memerangi ketidakadilan yang terjadi di sekitar mereka.

Dalam waktu singkat, dua pembasmi kejahatan ini jadi pembicaraan di mana-mana. Para penjahat gentar mendengar nama mereka sementara pihak kepolisian merasa 'terganggu' dengan munculnya dua orang bertopeng yang seolah mempermalukan mereka sebagai penegak hukum. Tugas membasmi kejahatan ini juga yang mempertemukan Green Hornet dan Kato dengan Benjamin Chudnofsky (Christoph Waltz), raja dunia kejahatan yang ternyata sedang merancang skenario untuk menghabisi duo ini selamanya
